Some coupon codes are time sensitive, so it could be that you are using a coupon code that has expired. It is also possible that the code you have is not a coupon code, but a code you type in the Order comments at checkout. Your discount code gets inputted at checkout, on the order summary screen. You will see a box titled "Gift Card/Discount Code," beneath the order summary. This is where to enter the discount code (as shown, normally in all capital letters with no spaces) and get it applied to your order.

When you cancel an order with Fusionary Formulas, the dollar amount of the canceled order will not contribute towards your total annual purchases, nor will it influence your eligibility for a Reward Tier. Since members are only charged for orders at the time of shipment, if an order is canceled before it is shipped, your Reward Tier status will remain unaffected. This ensures that your benefits and status within our rewards program are preserved in cases where an order cannot be completed.
