Shipping & Returns

All retail orders that are shipped within the United States – receive free “Ground” shipping. Expedited shipping, such as overnight shipping, is available by request, for an additional shipping fee.

If your order is placed before 12:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, then we will do our very best to ship your order that same business day.  Your order should arrive within 5 business days once shipped, barring any unforeseen issues.  Overnight  and expedited orders are also shipped and delivered Monday through Friday (no weekend service). Please call Customer Service if you have an urgent order.

Yes. You can create a "Ship To" address other than your Profile address when you get to the checkout page. You do not have to add a "Ship To" address to your profile.

Yes. You will receive an automatic email notifying you that your auto-ship order is getting ready to ship. Please be sure that your address information and payment information are current on your auto-ship orders to avoid delays.

Every country has different policies on importing herbs and supplements. As a result, we unfortunately cannot ship internationally directly at this time. We use a third party distributor for international shipping visit this link for international orders.

If you’re not satisfied for any reason with a Fusionary Formulas product you purchased from our website , you may call our Customer Service Department at 800.228.1966 or email us to info@fusionaryformulas.com to request a refund or a product credit. You must submit your request within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.

If your order arrives and there are any issues with your product, no worries. Please contact us at info@fusionaryformulas.com so that we can work toward a solution for you.

If you are not entirely satisfied with Fusionary Formulas, we will take it back. Please feel free to share your unused portion with someone who will benefit, or simply discard it.
